Johnny Rotten Lydon ??? - Legit?

Thoughts on this one? He still signs as Johnny Rotten, usually with "was here" and a sketch of boobs.This has been in my collection  for awhile. It looks like it's signed "John Rotten Lydon".  Any experts to confirm? Did he ever sign in his full stage & real name?  THANKS!
