I was in the Met Shop at Lincoln Center the other day and I inquired about the numerous framed autographs that they have displayed for sale.  We’re not talking the usual contemporary names but some historical signatures as well.  Callas, Caruso, Puccini and Verdi were all available.  I was told that they acquire their pieces from La Scala Autographs in New Jersey.  I looked at their website and they state that they are “autograph authenticators for PSA/DNA”.  They also have an eBay store.
