another fake jim signature in my opinion.

I agree, Bart. And the COA is from William Linehan, who was discovered to be a forger back in the 1990s, and in fact, was arrested and convicted of stealing the front and back pages out of 1,200 library books back in 1998.

Steve, I am the seller of this autograph and I'm aware of the William Linehan reputation. That does not mean that this is fake. If you google the word fraud and fill in the blank any dealer, etc. their will be stories of fakes, fraud and lawsuits. I sent this along with a Buddy Holly just yesterday to Roger Epperson and asked him if he was interested in either one. His reply to me was and I quote "how much do you want for the Morrison?"

Would he say that if he had any doubts? You know he would not.

Because people on ebay get all hung up on coa's and it's the only one I have.

Bart, can you please explain why you think this is fake? Roger Epperson feels otherwise.

I see nothing off with this signature whatsoever and I've got a stack of Morrison exemplars.

I'm glad to know that Roger agrees with me.

Hi Bob , i looked at the signature and i just felt it was in my opinion not jim's signature but that is only my opinion ,i must agree it looks a bit like a real morrison but to me its just realy dificult to buy sumthing that is on a piece of paper ,i have a check and a businesscard signed by jim so that gives me a bit more sertainty that mine are real ,i did not mean to ofend u i only posted it here to see what other members think of it ,and if it is a real jim sig i think 3k is a good price ,good luck selling Bob.

What does Jack and Ballroom say about the signature, most of you have multiple signed Morrison items. He has to be the hardest autograph in the hobby to buy!!
