Stan Musial cuts

I am looking for opinions on these two Musial cuts. The top has an authenticity number from SGC that comes back not found so I am suspect. Thanks

The top one does register in the SGC database, I just looked. However, that type cert tag is usually in with a slabbed card. In your photo it looks like it's in a top loader, as if it was removed from a slab. That being said, that cut may not be the cut that is authenticated..... Shady!

I'm not familiar enough with Musials sig to have an opinion on the autograph itself

I also checked the numbers on the SGC databse and got the same results which means nothing more than the tag is not fake. My thought is why the former owner took the cut out of the encapsulation. I guess I should of asked. I bought these from a guy off the Net54 website. I'm thinking of either returning these to the seller or submitting them back to SGC as they are very reasonable and the added cost combined with what I paid would still be under the value of both cuts if they are real.
