Ok first off apologies if this is the wrong place to post or a pointless post but I need advice and venting at an piece i let slip that i've never let myself forget about.

The back story goes like this in 1992 Nirvana toured Australia and to commemorate a local shop/record label called Waterfront Records released a tour edition called Hormoaning. They released it on CD, Vinyl and Cassette.  They also released about 12 different versions of their Bleach album in various colour combos.

Anyway over ten years ago I held the largest collection of Nirvana releases, rare records, promos and what not. Sadly i sold it all off. Including the rarest peices you could have without an autograph.  

One day i was in the record shop and was speakign to the owner about the Nirvana tour and how he took the band on his boat, then went shopping for baby clothes with Kurt and Courtney.  He then made us wait while he went out back and brought a few peices out.  One was a mint copy of the 12" Hormoaning release.  The cover was totally covered in writing.

Kurt Cobain had signed his name and had coloured his thumb in and rolled his thumb print, like you would at a police station.

Dave had written an entire letter top to bottom going something like "Hey Mom, having a great time in Australia... etc etc."

Krist had signed and drawn faces.

The entire cover was full of their scribbles.  I was 16 at the time and $1000 was too much for me. I've been kicking myself ever since.

2 years back i contact Frank, the owner who simply replied, Sorry Cam i sold the Hormoaning years ago.

So will I ever see it surface again? Or will it remain a story i can tell people for years to come? I already have a UACC authenticated signed 8x10 promo but that is nothing compared to the 12" i could have had :(

I'd love a good 12" signed by the band. Anyone know where to look?
