Why do you want to join Autograph Live?

I see that the name of Anthony Nurse and Michael Tobin come up and I have purchased a few items from the autograph store and I see that some people say that the autographs they sell are fakes. I've paid with money orders on all autographs I've purchased from them. Wow ! You guys are sure everything they've sold is fake? What can I do to possibly get my money back?
