but as steve said there siigs are in the plates
there different printings or I belive they call them states ,just like when or how long ago it was printed will also determine the price.

The autographs are printed as part of the print. Regarding open edition prints being numbered, that's a question for an art information or selling site. You probably won't get the answer to that question here."
