the signature looks absolutely bang on, my only concern would be if the seller claimed that came off Eminem.com and that it was not obtained in person or through a dealer as there was not a set released on his website like that for the release of MMPL2, there was the Big MMLP2 poster that just said MMLP2 on it and tracklist at the bottom signed in silver and a lithograph set of eminem sitting in front of his home which was signed in black ink but there was no set ever released signed of a normal album cover. But if not and it's claimed in person or some other way, you have the real deal there

The seller didn't say it was from the website but that it was obtained in person so great! I have 3 other eminem autos and 2 dr dres that were supposedly signed in person if anyone would care to give their opinions on those let me know.
