Thanks, I appreciate your feedback.  I had purchased the publicity sheet last year and did already purchase the fan club card earlier this week.  Did not pay crazy money for either, so I knew I was taking my chances.

It says in the description that there's another complete set of Beatles autographs on the reverse.

There is. I have it set in a double sided frame. Look at the pictures I posted. You will need to zoom in, but the signatures are very clear. I also have a handwritten letter from the original owner.

I don't see the other side of the sheet in any of the photos.

Interesting...what kind of value would you think it would be worth? If your comfortable answering that.
I'm not sure, but it's a desirable item.

It depends on the condition , pull it out of the frame and see.

Thanks for your valuable input, much appreciated. The back story behind Beatles memorabilia is fascinating. Prices on documented signed items are in the stratosphere. The hunt for finding hidden gems is awesome.
