Before this year ends, I hope to purchase an early but nice Wilt Chamberlain. Anyone else with last minute shopping lists?

Love it, go son. Get one more in before the years over!!

Haha. Will do, Paul. That's one hell of a collection you have. Amazing how something like this can never end.
Just got a last minute piece that am very happy with...

Congrats Nate , are you and j shopping in the same place?

Whats the low down on this my man.
Purchased from an excellent seller from Spain. Was signed in Madrid in July 1992 for a music exec. Authenticated by JSA. Would appear to be the twin item to J's piece (which I found after purchasing), mine is definitely the ugly grungier sister!
Congratulations mate. I love nirvana and be blessed in the new year.
Thank you. Happy New Year to you and all AML members.

Although I have had a chance to acquire a number of Blues autographs this year that I have been looking for for quite a while (Muddy Waters, WIllie Dixon, BB King, Albert King and a number more), a few of the more obscure ones are among my favorites. Being a HUGE Stevie Ray Vaughan fan, I have looked to collect the autographs of those people who played w/ SRV earlier in his career. A few examples I have collected this year include:

* WC Clark, known as the "Godfather of Austin Blues," was a member of Triple Threat Revue. This was SRV's band just before he formed Double Trouble. The band consisted of WC Clark, Lou Ann Barton & SRV. The attached photo shows a young SRV playing with WC Clark and Ronnie Earl.  The photo is signed by WC Clark & Ronnie Earl (Earl's signature is on the drum set).

* Lou Ann Barton performed with SRV and Jimmie Vaughan during their early careers. She was a member of Triple Threat Revue and did a brief stint as a member of the Fabulous Thunderbirds before being "discovered" by Glen Frey and signed to her own album. I have not seen many autographs of her available. The scanned image is from a check with her signature.

* Doyle Bramhall (the elder) was a life long friend of SRV. He played with Stevie Ray in at least one or two bands, and he co-wrote a number of songs with SRV, including a number from "In Step" and the song "Life By the Drop." Like Lou Ann Barton, I have not see many autographs by him. The scanned image is from a check with his signature.
