Looks fine, probably signed more recently. Don't overpay for Garbage though. They've been good to their fans and generous signers for 20+ years. On their website, they've charged as little as $15 for fully signed vinyls. I've met Shirley a few times, and she's always nice to her fans.
Some fans were a bit irked by the paid meet and greets last year (especially with Butch being out most of the tour), but I don't think it affected their accessibility outside of them. I saw Duke just hanging out at one of the Summerfest stands after their Milwaukee show last year. I missed Shirley by a couple minutes in Madison.
They don't sell as much autograph-wise at the moment. The Big Bright World and Control 7" vinyls were $15 a few years back. Their Record Store Day release fully signed was $20 or 25. Their posters were $40, but they were customized to every city and in very low numbered editions - 50 or so. Newbury sold signed copies of their last two CDs for $15 or 16.
Side note: Garbage just announced they will be doing the official meet and greets with Adventures in Wonderland again this year for their upcoming tour with Blondie.
I've never done this particular meet and greet, but I've been advised that Adventures in Wonderland does not allow you to bring stuff in to get signed. For $300, I'm calling BS on that. Hardly a surprise that AIW has like three clients.
Anyway, the band is still good to their fans and will sign if you catch them post show. From what I understand, the official meet and greets haven't affected that too profoundly.
