Looking for only expertise opinions on my Elvis Presley autographed page. I am not an "Elvis" autograph expert and don't pretend to be but I did compare to several exemplars I researched before I purchased it and to me it seemed ok along with the price. Given that a 3rd party COA endorsement is vital these days to resell an autograph I will ultimately need to send this in to one of the major authentication firms. Not sure which one however? Thanks for your help and expert opinions! Scans of front and back are attached.
I've been looking at this autograph, and initially my thoughts were "no way". But I continue to look at it, trying to consider the pluses and minuses, and I am 100% convinced that I am not sure about it! I find as many negatives, as I do positives. While it is not your textbook Elvis, in fact, I have never seen a similar example, as Mark says, Elvis' physical state at the time could have something to do with the atypical aspects.
You guys are right this one is tough to call but like what was said here, there are enough right things about it to say it is not authentic. We don't know the circumstances when this was signed so it might explain the very odd "res" in Presley. I think it's real. That's my opinion
Thank you Mr. Epperson for your expert opinion! It is very confusing when opinions vary based upon varying circumstances that could have been going on in Elvis' life at the time. Thanks to all who contributed and gave their time to comment! Take care.
