Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull) singer autographed this 8x 10 photo. But is it authentic?

Hi, Everytime I look at this I feel it is genuine cause I see gasoline effect on the signature, leading after the shine test.  That and the autograph looks authentic leads me to it being genuine, you know colours dispersed.  What do you think?  Please look at let me know, please.  thanks, Nicklas
