A blank as far as the signors go, but heroes just the same, each and every one of them. Each signature is obviously unique, and not the handiwork of a multiple forger, no two that I can note seem to be by the same hand, unless it's the handiwork of the Da Vinci of forgers, which I don't believe is true.
My examination would be based on the paper and ink. Are these stamps or pre-printed. Are there others like this, because the color and texture of the paper is giving me nothing to go by in a scan alone, and the ink does appear to have a very artificial look, I don't see anything that resembles the normal blobbing and glitches of typical ink handwriting.
Definitely. If the signatures are written, not auto-pen, stamps, or pre-printed, I would have no concerns about the piece. First off, anyone who could forge 20 different signatures on one piece and no two bear any similar tendencies would be wasting his time on these. He'd be a meta-forger, unstoppable, and would be forging entire unknown letters by rare signors and getting away with it unsuspected, that's the level of skill it would take if he can fake twenty different handwriting specimens on one piece and make each look as unique as these do!
If these are hand written, it's a wonderful piece of military history.
