Ah, I'm sorry - that is all one signature - the blue faded out on the left. I mistakenly "read" it as two signatures.
Sorry again - I don't think that is Taylor's hand - formations are wrong. Look at the "b's" in "Best" and "Burton", there are other things to observe. See what Joe W. says.

This might be good, perhaps rushed/drunk/painkillers, but what do you make of what is going on after the "z" and before the "b" in "Elizabeth"? What is that? And the "Burton"? Or the "wishes"? The faded condition and the apparent magazine photo or reprint would suggest another more attractive example in any event. What gives you pause, Henry?
