Tim Burton and Danny Elfman signed Batman Returns - Real or not?

Batman Returns framed laserdisc that has been autographed by Tim Burton (director/producer), Danny Elfman (composer/music producer), Christopher Walken ("Max Shreck"), Doug Jones (plays the clown who pretends to steal the mayor's baby so The Penguin can "rescue" him), and Peter Guber (executive producer).
It was signed by Tim Burton and Danny Elfman at Best Buy in West Hollywood in 2006 when they were there for a Corpse Bride event. It was signed by Christopher Walken in New York 2010 outside of his play, "A Behanding in Spokane." It was signed by Peter Guber at one of his "Tell To Win" book signings in 2011. It was signed by Doug Jones at SDCC 2012. I've attached the best pictures I have from the events.
