Good morning everyone.  I am new here and would like your input if you have time.  In 1955 my grandmother met Elvis Presley at Magnolia Gardens in Houston, Texas.  She said he was literally sitting alone at a picnic table drinking a coke to cool off (Houston gets hot!) after his show, so as her and her future husband and my grandfather were leaving she pulled out a piece of ledger paper and had him sign it.  Long story short, this was passed to my dad and he has now given it to me.  I am wanting to frame it in my office.  I sent it to PSA for grading and encapsulation but PSA said they couldn't 100% guarantee its authenticity because the space between his first and last name because apparently his autographs all flow first and last name together.  This was very early in his career and my grandmother would have never had the internet or anything else for that matter nor the reason to forge something like this.  Can the experts out there just take a look and give me your 2 cents please.  I really appreciate it!

its a little neater than usual, but has too many positives from that time frame to come to any other conclusion but authentic.

Hey mate,

that’s an awesome signature! Particularly rare as the colonel ended up instructing elvis not to write ‘love ya’ anymore on his autographs pretty soon after as he was afraid of elvis being hit with paternity suits from crazy fans etc. makes this especially awesome and rare.

Im certainly not an expert like many on here but after going on the hunt for an elvis a year ago and doing a tonne of research and reading, I gotta say this looks perfect to me.

Enjoy!
