Cant' speak to the rest, but the those are definitely not signed by the beatles

Would not rule these out but suggest further vetting. My first impression is they're legit -  as circa late '62-early '63 style signatures - matching their EMI promotional placement. While they appear a bit unusual it's understandable as they're scrunched in limited space.

it's very odd that ALL the sigs on the item are faded and george and ringo are not

in other words, they would not match early 1960's ink
