Jimmy Dean Is It Real?

I recently purchased this autographed poster at an auction.  It is very damaged by water half way up.  However, I am wondering if it is worth having the autograph checked out.

I cannot assure you that my opinion is 100% accurate as I have not studied Jimmy in depth although I can tell you that I have not seen him sign his "y" in Jimmy like that which bothers me a lot. Questionable, at best.
