I've been told red ink is rare, so is this an authentic hand signed one?

It has the overall feel of being legit if I was to hazard a guess

Eric, you're up on deck

Thx Eric

It's a little sparse and atypical I agree, but I like it for a few reasons.  Not that I'm going to buy it at the asking price of nearly $900, but was curious if authentic or not as a training ground.

Hi Shawn

Definitely NOT authentic...very slowly written and a pause at the bottom of the B stalk.  Unusual downwards finish at the end  - it is generally straight or an upward curve to complete the dot of  which in this case is a star of David which I have never seen before in many, many years of collecting DB. The "best" is also a giveaway is it is too neat and the signer is clearly right handed...just my "two new pence" worth

This will have been the signature style from 88-89 era the forger with the red pen was trying to emulate...

thanks very much for your comments MarkG. Great insights

Yes I noticed that pause at the bottom of the "B" as well.

It sold for $400 last night I believe

That's sad to hear - another person ripped off...

I have figured out where these seem to be coming from...I might add to this shortly..."The stars are out tonight"...

The stars ARE out tonight! Just not David and Bill. Seller is a video Dr. of some sort...
