Help needed with Dalai Lama translation

Dalai Lama has visited Finland a couple of times. This is a message hand written by him. I'm having the original in my collection but have no idea what the text says. I wonder if anybody could help with this...

The next to last line appears to be his autograph, maybe a date or such after it?? I'm still wondering what the first line on my photo is, but you can see the similarities in the autograph.
