Do you have a link to the auction in Norway? Or info about the seller? Because several sale sites in Norway have previously kicked him out when I and Trond reported him, so if it’s him again maybe you can send them my link and ask them to ban him again!

It is not for sale online.
The seller is not the forger. He bought this from a person in Denmark some years ago.
Sometimes I hate this hobby.

I understand your frustration, it’s a rotten business...
But even if this seller is from Denmark, I’m sure the item originally comes from the same forger from Oslo, Norway. I think his name is Bent Sumelius. Just compare the fake COA you have uploaded to the one he used on the swedish site Tradera:
