Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin - real or fakes?

I’m trying to learn about these attached signatures (Neil letter, Neil photo & Buzz card). Your opinion would be much appreciated!

How much did they cost?

An undedicated photo usually sells for $2000 plus. An ALS, depending on content, could go for more.
