Can anyone Identify this Car Themed ? Guitar Player

 I found this at an estate sale with a lot of other autographs apparently the seller was an avid collector at one time . A few years later I saw the same signature on an old hub cap along with 2 others which led me to think the car theme .

I don't know, but...here's what might help. They put something in quotes. Figure out what they signed in quotes, and that should help.

It looks a little like one of the Stray Cats.

Slim Jim Phantom of the Stray Cats, perhaps (not Brian Setzer or Lee Rocker). I have a signature of him that looks similar, but nothing in quotes.
