My apologies.

This Michael Jackson signed Thriller was authenticated by PSA/DNA in August 2009 just about two months after Michael’s death in June 2009.  At the time, PSA was undoubtedly receiving many MJ submissions, but I don’t think at that time that PSA was clear about what constituted a real MJ autograph.

To me, this may be the worst screw-up by PSA ever regarding a Jackson autograph.  I think this may have been shown a couple of years ago, but it’s worth looking at again.  It still remains, unfortunately, in PSA’s database as an authentic MJ autographed Thriller.

Here’s the PSA LOA.  Sorry, not a real clear pic.

Here’s a close-up.

Laughably horrible.

He he

Oooppps. I hope that is not yours?;)

No it’s not, thankfully.

And that one?

That one is authentic!

:) It is on Ebay but not sold yet.

Offered for $2800.  That’s not a bad price for a Thriller album.  The only slight drawback is that ballpoint pen doesn’t look as bold as a marker does, but it’s a nice signature and inscription.

Yepp, the price is okay. I like this one with the ballpoint pen. It looks better on the Thriller album.
