Another photo revealing its on an envelope dated 1969.

From what I believe to be true is that this is a very early style of Neil's signature and predates '69 by many years. 

And the price is too good to be true scenario 

I'm hoping it's authentic and any help is greatly appreciated 

That appears a very early 1960's signature if genuine - why/how on a 1969 FDC? It appears a little mechanical (could be the paper or scan) but doesn't appear to match known early Autopen styles. Steve Zarelli would be the man to ask.

That's what I was thinking as well. 

The seller says he'll pay for the Zarelli opinion if he fails it.

The seller also has several big name NASA sigs for sale at very decent prices which has my eye for now.
