Michael Jordan Real or Fake?

I have this Michael Jordan Wings Poster that is suppose to be real.I bought this from a former co-worker. The story goes that she took her son to a Bulls Basketball Camp back in the 80's and he got this poster signed.

My question: Is this Real or Fake?

I think this is very likely authentic.
