You're right, we just noticed this issue and contacted IT, who said they're working on it.

There should be an edit bar for replies. Do you see it? If so, upload thru there.

Oh, OK. Just go to edit, and it will open the same box and should allow you to post it’s the second button on the left of the edit bar.

The editing tool bar is now back, sorry. It was gone for a good number of hours yesterday before I realized it.

I just tested it and it uploaded fine.

If you want, go to options/edit and you can add to your original post.
