I won the below piece on eBay.  I have had buyer's remorse and am wondering if it's a good purchase.  I do believe it's authentic and Beckett gave it a "Likely Genuine."  I have not paid yet, and the seller has indicated that the runner up bidder is interested at the same price I won it for.  So if I were to back out I realize I would be a pain in the butt but I'm not screwing the seller.  The bid price was $500.  Do people think this is worth that much, or is that not a good price?  I liked the story of it (with the newspaper article), and I know Michael had a love for Houdini and magic which I thought was kind of cool.  He signed a gazillion 8x10s of himself, but this is probably the only item like this he ever signed that still survives.  Just curious if people think this is a good value or if I should let it go...thanks for any opinions.

If not real, then she should be a novelist... Great story!! I’m sure someone here can help give you better guidance! Good luck!

Btw if story is true and all that... Yes, worth it! A legends signature out of the ordinary with a great story! I would never sell that!

Thank you for the reply.  I am confident it's real, just wondering if it's actually worth $500.

If you plan on keeping it well then it’s priceless...
