G.I. Joe dog tag signed by Larry Hama and one unknown person. Also are the signatures real?

Stumbled across this signed dog tag by Larry Hama (best known for writing G.I. Joe) and another unknown person who I don’t know signed it. Are the signatures also real?

The Larry Hama autograph looks pretty typical to me.

The other signature looks like it was signed by Ray Park (Darth Maul in Star Wars) who plays Snake Eyes in the live action G.I. Joe movie. It kinda resembles his signature, not sure if correct though.

I would agree, if it were not for the date.  I have never seen Ray Park add a date to his autograph before.  It does, however, make sense, since the film was released in 2009. Good call, Ahmad.
