nirvana autographed framed inner sleeve

i thought autographs of nirvana are rare and expencive but this one could and up at a low bid and that's why i like some opinions.

this inner sleeve is signed by - kurt cobain-dave grohl-and krist novoselic. 4 dec 1991 manchester uk.

what could be the value and is it real?.
