Oz and Hamill

Hey guys, I posted here a while ago and had my heart broken. I've finally got up the courage to ask y'all to look at some of my other stuff. One pic is a signed glossy Hamill and Oz. The other is the certificate. My question about the certificate is has anyone ever heard of him or had any dealing with him. Any feedback will be great.

I'm sure they were just some meth heads trying to make a quick buck. I bought these a few years ago. The guy that owned my local comic shop told me it should be ok to buy from reputable ebay sellers because they would do the leg work to make sure that they weren't screwing anyone and in the process mucking up there good name and business. So I went in thinking I was fairly safe.
