Authenticity is Everything
explaining why a item have value?.
sometimes i try to let some items go and when i put them on our marketplace than people are trying to get it cheap and that i understand. but for example this item of michael j fox people just bid 10 or 20 euro's and get angry when i let them know they should start with 250 euro's. explaining this large 11x14 inch photo comes from the usa and did cost a lot and explaining shipping and import makes it more. than i make this item as cheap as i can to repair a second hand frame and spraypaint it and do all the cutting myself. when i let a professional framer do all the work including the frame it will cost almost 200 euro so what's the problem?. is it time wasting to try to explain everything? because when i see what i like i know what to do and that's let the seller know i'am serious with my bids.

Outstanding piece, Rob! I admire your style of matting and I am a huge fan of Michael J. Fox. As you probably know. I haven't had much luck finding good authentic examples. This one is classic.

this is one of the 10 framed items i have and sometimes i try to sell one but most collectors can't understand why these items have high value. but don't care much that it doesn't sell because i love these having in my collection. will get more from racc bttf private signing but that's not going well at the moment ''curious how that will end?''. one more frame from my collection - hope you like this as well. thanks for your kind words.

Of course I do! I'm still looking to add BTTF signatures to my collection but have encountered problem after problem finding what I want at a fair price. I'm a patient man. But, it casual collectors do not fully understand what quality autographs are worth. Most people just want bargain prices. Many don't even consider authenticity closely enough. That how the con men rake in the dough.
