John Lennon Real?

I've got another Lennon i could use an opinion on. It has a COA that looks to be one from UACC which I didnt put much hope into. But then it says member "Signed, Sealed, Delivered". So would this be an old Roger Epperson COA?

Looks like an old Roger Epperson cert (circa mid-90s?)

It looks like it. And if it's genuine, so is the signature.
