JOHN WAYNE - TTM Inscribed Pre-Print?

It appears to be a pre-printed inscription and signature and someone has added my name and the date.  The inscription is glossy like the "Steve" so it's hard to tell, but as my name is thicker and a little off kilter - that's my assumption.  Anyway, it's a very nice, heavyweight Rooster Cogburn photo, so still kinda cool.

It's a very cool looking piece there you have pilgrim. 

It's very difficult to determine either way by just one picture of its a print/other.

When held in direct glare of a god light does the ink of the dedication fluoresce that same as the signature? Does the signature recede into the paper?

Hi and thanks for your replies/comments.

This one is a little puzzling.  I've reexamined it under a good light and the inscription "Steve" and the other words all shine the same and running my thumb over the words and looking closely, they both seem to be a bit indented as if the photo was written on.  So, I don't know.  What didn't look right to me was my name not lining up with the rest of it.  I can't make a call on this one.
