Was just asked about this. Being on a stamp, it's only going to be about an inch to an inch and a half tall so its going to be atypical at the very least. The Ds are correct for 76, but I wouldn't want it. I don't see this being a desirable item in the slightest. Being so atypical and small it would not be an item I'd ever feel comfortable with.

I don't like as well. Too "dangerous" in any case (even when some experts think it is legit). Personally, I would classify it as a doubtful case.
