It's traced from a genuine one so dedication is decent but it has huge red flags. The To Joe Best Wishes has been reprinted and traced so many times, it's tired. There was another "To Laura Best Wishes" that had been traced and reprinted by a Spanish forger over a hundred times. I don't give details on why an item is fake as to not help forgers on public sites, but I can shoot you a pm that points everything wrong with it out.
