Another one here picked up at auction circa 2008. Best wishes from David Gilmour. Any thoughts on authenticity? Much appreciated.

Very poor forgery. It doesn't even resemble his signature. Here below is one of mine from 2002:

I have indeed. A fair few of those going on eBay courtesy of the scalpers! (But at least they’re authentic).

As much as I admire David, I’m on the side of Rogers fence in so far as the official PF Social Media channels should not be used as a marketing tool for Polly’s novels… I appreciate the song though!

I have always preferred Waters music over Gilmours "PF". I got this myself at Nassau Colisum 9.16.17

I just noticed there is an apparently authentic Gilmour signature above his right shoulder in your forged item. I bet the forger missed that.
