There's plenty of clamor on Twitter about that right now. Warner will have to address it one way or another.

Regret missing out on these. Got my signed CD from the live stream concert she did and the jewel case is signed. The company replied to me they don’t do refunds and they were more expensive ($30) plus the live stream ticket compared to the newbury comics one that was cheaper and signed on the booklet.
