Very similar to my postcard which George signed for me in person using initial style signature. Of course "GL" is pretty easy to forge so in this case you can't be 100% sure.

I have a Phantom Menace promo postcard signed by Neeson, Portman, McGregor, Jackson and George Lucas and due to its small size they all signed in similar way as full signatures would not have fitted on the postcard. I will dig it out and post up image.
