Can anyone identify these baseball autographs?

These autographed baseballs were part of a family members collection that were given to me when he passed away. I have no idea who signed them, and would appreciate any help that anyone can provide.

He was big Pirates fan, so that is my first guess. However, he also lived in Tampa, FL so I suppose these might be from the Yankees or one of the other teams that trains in that area.

Please let me know if you have any ideas on how I might be able to identify the players.

Matt, this is a circa 1996 Baltimore Orioles ball signed by Billy Ripken (too bad, not Cal), Manager Davey Johnson, Jeff Huson, Mike Milchin, can’t make out the last one. It has a value between $20-25.
