TYRONE POWER - late 1930's inscribed photo - Thoughts?

Here's a signed Tyrone Power oversized portrait c. 1938.  At first I thought perhaps secretarial...but it's extremely close to album pages from the period (down to the little dot under the final line flourish).   It's certainly not like his 1940' onward signature.
