I believe his sig to be more jagged and square and the distance between the letters more narrow. But I'm no expert on Chaplin.

If the price is right and ticks all the boxes it’s definitely a keeper.
Looks good to me and from that period. The Best Wishes is completely all Chaplin and the characteristics of the signature are intact enough for me to render the authentic opinion. Chaplin by this time was about to be forced in exile to Europe and wasn’t as popular as he was in the first half of the century so more authentic examples exist post 1952.
