Micheal Ward Photo

I own a signed copy of this photo. I know it was taken on Feb 19, 1963 in Liverpool.  Curious if anyone has any more info on it.  I’ve only seen two other copies and they are both signed.  I think they were signed a few days later at the Oasis Club performance.  Any info appreciated.

I believe this was shot on their way down to the photo shoot that Micheal Ward was hired that day for Associated Newspapers and some shots ended up in his book A Day in the Life - https://www.genesis-publications.com/book/9781905662036/a-day-in-t

You are right Kevin. When I owned a gallery in Zurich I had the pleasure of organising an exhibition of Michael's photographs at the time his autobiography "Mostly Women" came out. He was a very nice man and made the effort to come over for the preview despite being very frail. Your photo is a re-touched press photograph. 

The autographs look pretty early. There are many contributors to this forum who are much better qualified to opine on them but my guess would be genuine.

I've seen that photo dozens of times over the years...nice set of 1963 Beatles autographs...
