Both are scans, on the way

The last one looks secretarial. Is it a 5x7?

Here is mine from Sudden Fear signed in 1953 with original mailer - the last time she was up against Bette Davis for an Oscar. Click for larger image.

It is a 5x7. Don't think its real?

I don't have my secretarial file here but look at the construction of the "f". It may be real - ask JoeW what he thinks.

I'm having it looked at. I thought the f looked good. The secretarialss usually don't have that extra loop before the r; Joan's auto always looked like Cerawford to me with that extra flair on the C. Will update!

Yes, the "f" but also the height of the "C" in her last name is much smaller than usual. Perhaps atypical, perhaps secretarial, She had one secretary whose signature is not unlike yours. Look at how the "F" is constructed in the first SP.

I sent it to my guy, he'll know. I got it from historydirect on eBay, so I'll cancel if it's not genuine. I'll update when I find out

PS- Thanks for the heads up!

Here - click for full image. Mine is from HD as well. Russell is a great guy and HD a great source but they have secretarials here and there. First the OP:

I see what you mean. I'll see what Mr. Brucato says, and cancel if need be. Really appreciate the help

Let us know. Happy to help.

Keith, history direct got back to me, and they got it from RR Auction if you know them.  I'm waiting on Dr.  Brucato's assessment.
