Frank Vincent

Hi,

Seeking advice on this Frank Vincent piece.  Website had other pieces that looked legit.... And from other frank Vincent certs, this looked reasonable.

It has a logo from Pro Player Authentication.

This is a highly overcontrasted copy photo far removed from the negative. I've never heard of Pro Player.
