Jerry Lee Lewis authentic in-person?

Dear fellow collectors,

with the passing of JLL (RIP) I realised that I do not have his autograph in my collection.

I am currently thinking of buying this one via ebay. Seller claims to have obtained it in person at LAX airport, because JLL would do a "jazz festival in Long Beach every year"...

What do you think of the signature? I had thought it would be real, but the back-up story strikes me as being untrue (I could not find any jazz/blues festival where JLL ever participated)...

I agree.  Many fakes out there, probably more now.  This looks to be promising, but there are good forgers out there.  Roger is great with JLL.  BTW, stay away from his signed book,  They were rumored to be signed by his assistant,

I would avoid this one. Save the $15 and look elsewhere.
