PAAS (Professional Autograph Authentication Services) can it be trusted?

I am new to the autographs hobby and I would like to start a collection. But it is very hard to know who to trust. On sports-autographs.com I noticed most of their COAs being from PAAS. Based on my research people seem to trust PAS and JSA but there's not much info about PAAS? Can PAAS be trusted? 

These are 2 signed shirts I'm interested in. What do you think about them?

Not at all, in my opinion.

For sports, PSA/DNA, JSA, Beckett, UDA, Steiner, Mounted Memories are highly trusted.

They're garbage. And I wouldn't buy anything from that site, regardless of whatever COA they have with it. Way too much shadiness there.
