Thanks for the count. I grabbed a WVH before it sold out. I thought about AB but got burned buying from their store and having them sign with dead Sharpie metallic markers.

Yup can't go wrong with a little Zakk lol, the WVH sold out almost immediately after I posted there were 2 left so hopefully it was someone here that got them. still 49 on the Alterbridge and 53 BLS, Newbury has been so quiet for so long now so it was cool seeing them drop 3 nice additions all at once

I was able to grab a Wolfgang too about 40 minutes ago. Definitely 2 nice releases. Thought everyone had stopped signing for a few months. Thank ya.

I messaged newbury back in December. They replied that nothing has changed and to expect more releases in the future just as always, but they did mention how they are doing more in-store signings where they open and sign in person instead of providing an extra signed LP cover.. this contradicts what KD said a while ago though. He mentioned they told him rule changes for charts affected autographs as a presale starting last year. I dont know what to believe, but I do feel Newburycomics releases have slowed down over the last year.

I can understand the emphasis on in store signings but they've had a great selection online last year. Hopefully they set lower online max limits and still keep their choices high, they've been great.

No doubt they had some good ones last year. Maybe I see things a bit different based on my own tastes? Just an observation for how I feel and what I saw comparing 2022 to 2021. Its been mentioned by others on how it feels like they are slowing down with their releases as well though

You're probably right, I've only bought consistently there for the past 2 years, I wasn't watching as close and was buying less starting around 2020 but still Newbury's a nice place to have around.

they did have some good releases last year but have definitely slowed down, they had over 400 signed CDs at one point and now it's dwindled down to 55, for quite a while they would add something new every 2 or 3 days and now it's weeks in between sometimes. they have been my favorite company to buy from for years so I'm just glad they are still around even if it is slower
