Not real. This is a very well known forgery style.

I have been told it's been passed by Epperson for sale by Chaucer's Auctions in u.k.

That is very strange since Epperson was the one who exposed this forgery style tears ago.  Id like to see proof of the the pass by him

Really? I can't believe that, it's too obvious that this is Not Real. 

I spoke to Andy at Chaucers today, he backtracked a bit when I told him it was getting bad reviews on Autograph Live, he said he thought it had been past by Epperson but would check.

I've got a feeling it will be pulled over the next few days if they have any sense 

I would say secretarial.  Here is a similar  post card I have owned  for years. Signed on the front by a secretary.
